Technical Sales and Client Support – Job Description

DWL audio-visual is a small growing AV service company. We need help to better support our customers better so that we can continue to grow. Can you help? We look forward to doing great things together.

Roles include:

Serve clients by designing and presenting audio-visual solutions such as:

– provision and installation of audio-visual systems

– client training and service contracts

Provide ongoing support to clients:

– client training workshops

– client equipment service and maintenance

– equipment audit and master planning

Involvement with AV system installations:

– involvement throughout the installation process

Other duties as required:

– we are a small business, expect to chip in as needed

Qualifications:

Be able to work independently and be self-motivated

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills

Understand the needs of the churches we serve and the unique dynamics of these institutions

– involvement in a local church is an asset

Proven audio-visual system design competency:

– live sound, video displays, broadcast systems, stage lighting

– AVIXA CTS certification is an asset

Be organized – able to plan, coordinate, and implement tasks/projects

– manage and prioritize multiple tasks/projects simultaneously

Troubleshoot problems, able to find solutions independently while still communicating well as part of a team

General Computer literacy:

– competent with Microsoft Office Apps, Google Apps required, Visio and D-tools experience an asset
