We are a small business that requires staff to take on varied roles. We will hire for soft skills over technical skills and are looking for people committed to ongoing learning (although it would be good if you knew some stuff to start with).
We will quite likely make a couple hires into roles that are some sort of hybrid evolution of the posted job descriptions.
In the past we have hired mostly full time employees. We are open to full or part time roles – as long as they help us serve our clients better.
